8030-PS-40. The Symax Class 8030 Type PS-40 Power Supply is used to provide power to Symax programmable controller systems. The power supply includes a removable battery pack. In the event of power loss, size D alkaline batteries are used to provide back up power to retain programs and registers (data, timers, and counters) which may be stored in random access memory (RAM). Included on the power supply front panel are: fuse for incoming power, terminal block for connection of incoming power, and a red LED for indication of \"BATTERY LOW\" status. The top of the power supply includes connector(s) which are used to attach the power supply cable(s) feeding the rack assemblies. Input voltage range 204-250 VAC. Input power consumption 138 VA.
